OK so this is how a Nyama Spit | Hog Roast works!
We will, permitting no serious traffic problems, arrive 3 hours prior to serving if you have the lamb; and 4 hours if Roasting a Hog. We will set up and start cooking as soon as we arrive. All we would need from our clients is a table of some sort on which we would serve the side dishes. We would not need any form of electricity as we work solely with gas machinery.
After the cooking process is done (2 hours for lamb and approximately 3 hours for Hog) we will carve the meat and have it drop in the bottom of our amazing Spit Roast Machine where we will do the basting and have it simmer in our secret BBQ sauce for another 10-15 minutes. And now time for the best part: The food is ready to be served... Customers can help themselves to the side dishes and come around to the Spit where the BBQ master will serve them with meat, potatoes & onions. As soon as everybody has helped themselves to a second...or even a third helping we will start clearing away.
Please make sure to have some extra dishes/bowls at hand for there's always some leftovers which would make for a festive breakfast the next day!
